Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer free nationwide shipping for orders over Php 1,500.  For orders below Php 1,500, our standard nationwide shipping fee is Php 150.

We usually ship the products within 24 hours from receipt of the order from our customers (excluding Sundays, holidays, and sale periods). Expect to receive your order within 2-3 days (for Metro Manila deliveries)/5-7 days (for Provincial deliveries) upon pick-up of our partner courier. 

As you would understand, there may be delays during the quarantine period. Nevertheless, we will reach out to you if we face any difficulties in delivering your items. 

Once we ship your order, you should receive an email which provides the tracking code so you can conveniently monitor the delivery status.

 We offer some products for sale before they’re ready to ship from us. Not to worry though, our team is working very hard to ship out pre-ordered items by the date shown on the product page, if not sooner. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email once your preorder is shipped.

This policy is applicable for first-time purchasers of our Coza Lyocell AirSheets. At Coza, we want to make sure you love your sheets. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return them for free and get a full refund in the form of store credit during the 30-day trial period.  Return shipping costs are on us!

We’ll also be happy to help with any exchange or replacement. Just message us and we will take it forward.

 *Prior to the first wash, please carefully read the washing instructions. We cannot accept items for return or exchange if items are damaged due to improper wash. 

** We do not accept returns on products purchased from our partner retailers and those purchased through our Clearance Sale page.

*** We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders purchased from third party vendors and our retail partners such as Good Mood Grocer.

Washed or used products are donated to our partner NGOs.
