We are proud that our Bamboo Lyocell Air beddings are Oeko-Tex certified. This means that our product is free from harmful chemicals and other substances that may cause short- and long-term health consequences.

Coza takes pride on its products being sustainably manufactured and fully safe for long-term human use. Being "organic" does not ensure that these objectives are met. Textiles that are made of fibers grown organically – but then processed with toxic chemicals – may still carry the organic certification label. 

Firstly, thread count actually isn't the best way to measure the quality of your bedding. It is a term that has been exploited by many companies and have grown largely a marketing gimmick over the years. But to answer this question, our bamboo sheets have 320 thread count, which is equivalent to ~1,200 cotton thread count. 

Although thread count contributes to the pricing of our products, we want our customers to focus on how Coza products are woven. Our weaving process sets us highly apart from our competition because it is the secret to how our products are more breathable and thermo-regulating. Remember, not all bamboo products are created the same!

Our sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 16" deep.

Coza is purely an online store. Hence, you can purchase our products here on our website or by sending us a message through our social media accounts. 

You may also purchase through our physical store at Good Mood Grocer, White Plains, Katipunan, Quezon City. Good Mood Grocer also has a Shopee store where our products are available too.

Coza is a small family business, mainly managed by the founders and an employee. Having said this, safety standards are easily monitored to ensure that all our products are hygienic. 

In packaging our products, all handlers wear their PPEs (masks, gloves, etc.). Before shipment, the products are sanitized and indirectly run through UV machine. Nevertheless, we suggest our customers to wash and sanitize all products before usage.

Please send us a message / e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order to process a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours. 

We offer free nationwide shipping for orders with value of at least Php 1,500. For orders below this threshold, a standard nationwide shipping fee of PHP 150 will apply.

Items are shipped within 3 days from date of purchase. The shipping time depends on your location in the country. For Metro Manila orders, you should receive within 2 days from date of shipment. For other locations, the shipping time generally takes around 1 week.

Delays may happen, especially during peak or sale season. Our sales team will reach out to you should there be any foreseen delays on your shipment.

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. For other payment methods like bank transfer, GCash, GrabPay, etc., you can select the Offline Payment option and follow the instructions provided.
